The friendly team offers a warm and personalised service, which makes the venue the perfect destination for any occasion.</p></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities of a Duty Manager:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and service quality. You will manage front and back-of-house operations during your shift and lead the team to deliver exceptional service.</li><li>Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous attention and personalized service. Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving for swift resolution and follow-up.</li><li>Assist Heads of Departments (HODs) in coordinating daily tasks and ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly. Motivate, support, and lead the team on shift to meet hotel service standards.</li><li>Ensure the hotel maintains compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations during your shift. Monitor areas for safety and cleanliness and ensure a safe, secure environment for guests and staff.</li><li>Uphold the high standards of the hotel by monitoring the quality of service delivery, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. Support the achievement of key performance metrics, including guest satisfaction scores.</li><li>Take responsibility for the hotel in the absence of senior management. Ensure that all departments are coordinated and functioning efficiently during your shift.</li><li>Proactively anticipate and resolve operational issues.
