We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment. Key Responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress:<ul><li>Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.</li><li>Be fully familiar with all menu items and products available to offer informed recommendations and answer guest questions.</li><li>Ensure tables are cleaned, set up to the highest standards, and maintained throughout the service period.</li><li>Engage with guests and provide attentive service, ensuring every experience is memorable.</li><li>Maintain all food service areas to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel standards.</li></ul> What are we looking for?<ul><li>Ability to connect with guests and provide personalised service with a warm, professional attitude.</li><li>A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of service and presentation are consistently met.</li><li>Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.</li></ul> Red Carnation Hotels is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
