We are looking for someone with previous hotel Night Porter experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities of a Night Porter:<ul><li>Ensure guests luggage is delivered correctly</li><li>Provide great knowledge of the hotel and local area</li><li>Assis with reception and concierge requests</li><li>Answer general guest queries</li><li>Prepare and delivering room service orders after Kitchen team has finished for the day</li><li>Ensure the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times</li></ul> What are we looking for?<ul><li>Previous Night Porter Experience: Ideally within a luxury or five-star hotel setting, with a clear understanding of hotel operations during overnight shifts.</li><li>Excellent Communication Skill.</li><li>Attention to Detail.</li><li>Reliability &amp; Flexibility: Dependable and flexible, able to handle a variety of tasks while maintaining high standards of service.</li><li>A Team Player a to work closely with other departments.</li></ul> Red Carnation Hotels is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
