As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional first impression and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. Location: The Milestone HotelEmployment type: Full-time, permanentWorking pattern: 4 on 4 off Key Responsibilities of a Doorperson / Luggage Porter <ul><li>Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.</li><li>Provide courteous and efficient assistance at the entrance, opening doors and guiding guests.</li><li>Offer helpful and knowledgeable advice about London’s attractions, transport, and local amenities.</li><li>Assist with guest requests, including arranging transportation and handling deliveries.</li><li>Valet parking guests&#39; vehicles.</li><li>Acting as a positive ambassador for the hotel.</li><li>Helping maintain security at the front entrance.</li><li>Answering general guest queries and ensuring the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times.</li></ul> What we&#39;re looking for:<ul><li>Clean driver&#39;s licence and valet parking experience is essential.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.</li><li>A positive and welcoming attitude with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of London’s key attractions, transport links, and local areas.</li><li>Ability to handle luggage and assist guests efficiently.</li></ul> About us: The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is proud to be recognised as an industry leader in hospitality and people development.
