We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment. Location: 100 Princes Street, EdinburghEmployment type: CasualWorking pattern: Up to 5 working days per week depending on business hours. Working a maximum of 8 hour shifts Key Responsibilities of a Food &amp; Beverage Assistant:<ul><li>Creating memorable experience to our guest by using emotional engagement and high attention to details.</li><li>Being familiar with all menus and all products available.</li><li>Cleaning and setting up tables.</li><li>Taking orders for our wonderful guests.</li><li>Making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.</li><li>Assisting with the restaurant within house telephone calls and messages from guests as well as taking reservations to the company standards.</li></ul> What are we looking for?<ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment is preferred.</li><li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.</li><li>A friendly, enthusiastic, and professional with a strong passion for hospitality and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.</li><li>Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.</li></ul> Red Carnation Hotels is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
