As part of our recruitment process, you have been invited to attend an Experience Hour.

An Experience Hour gives you the opportunity to see first-hand what it is like to work within one of our hotels, meet our teams and gain a deeper understanding of the role you have applied for.

During your visit you may:

• Spend time within the department you are interviewing for.
• Observe how our teams work together to create memorable guest experiences.
• Meet colleagues and managers from across the hotel.
• Learn more about our culture, standards and values.
• Ask questions and gain a better understanding of daily responsibilities.

This is not about testing you. It is an opportunity for both you and us to explore whether Red Carnation Hotels is the right fit for your career aspirations.

Before arrive, please ensure you:

• Arrive promptly at the agreed time.
• Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
• Wear: White shirt, black smart trousers and black work shoes, no trainers please.
• Let us know in advance if you require any reasonable adjustments.
