We are looking for a Waiter to join our family. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment. This role will be reporting into the Food and Beverage Manager.

The Montague on the Gardens Hotel is a four-star deluxe hotel located in the heart of London’s elegant Bloomsbury. This Georgian townhouse features 100 individually designed bedrooms and suites, a Leopard Bar, the Blue Door Bistro restaurant, a wood deck terrace and several function rooms. It is famous for al-fresco dining, including an alpine themed Ski Lodge in the winter and a Hawaiian Beach Bar in the summer.
Key Responsibilities of a Waiter:
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Be fully familiar with all menu items and products available to offer informed recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Ensure tables are cleaned, set up to the highest standards, and maintained throughout the service period.
- Engage with guests and provide attentive service, ensuring every experience is memorable.
- Maintain all food service areas to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel standards.
What are we looking for?
- Ability to connect with guests and provide personalised service with a warm, professional attitude.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of service and presentation are consistently met.
- Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
