We are looking for a talented and dynamic Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Wildes Restaurant. As a valued member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, creating memorable guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage presentation within the operation. With a warm and engaging personality, you will ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality while contributing to the vibrant atmosphere that makes the Wildes a favourite dining destination for our guests.

Key Responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress:
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Be fully familiar with all menu items and products available.
- Offer informed recommendations and answer guest questions in relation to all menu items.
- Ensure tables are cleaned, set up to the highest standards, and maintained throughout the service period.
- Engage with guests and provide attentive service, ensuring every experience is memorable.
- Maintain all food service areas to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel standards.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine diniing setting.
- Ability to connect with guests and provide personalised service with a warm, professional attitude.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of service and presentation are consistently met.
- Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
