We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Reception Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have proven managerial experience within a hotel Front Office environment, exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering personalised, outstanding service.


Location: Egerton House Hotel

Employment type: Full-time

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off



Key Responsibilities of a Reception Manager:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the Front Office team
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at Reception
  • Managing guest check-in and check-out procedures to hotel standards
  • Overseeing guest accounts and administrative processes
  • Handling guest queries and challenges with professionalism and care
  • Driving service excellence and creating memorable guest experiences


What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Senior Supervisor in a hotel or similar setting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Inspirational leadership skills and a commitment to team development
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, personalised guest service
