We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Reception Manager Receptionist to join the team at The Lodge at Ashford Castle.

Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Reception Manager:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the Front Office team
- Ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at Reception
- Managing guest check-in and check-out procedures to hotel standards
- Overseeing guest accounts and administrative processes
- Handling guest queries and challenges with professionalism and care
- Driving service excellence and creating memorable guest experiences
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Senior Supervisor in a hotel or similar setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Inspirational leadership skills and a commitment to team development
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, personalised guest service
- Be legally eligible to work in Ireland
- Have good communication skills & fluent in written and spoken English
