Spa Receptionist/Back-up Therapist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a socially focused, detail orientated and highly organised team player who can operate under pressure to welcome spa guests and manage reservations.


Organisational Positioning:

· Department: Spa

· Reporting to: Group Spa Manager

· Liaising with: Front Office; Housekeeping; Kitchen

· Location: The Twelve Apostles Hotel Premises

Minimum Experience or Qualification:

· Grade 12

· Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar spa establishment.

· Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel

· Experience in Spa booking system such as ESP or Premier advantageous

· Must have an international spa qualification i.e. Itec, Cidesco etc.

· Excellent command of the English language with solid verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

· Proven ability to multi-task

· Having experience in Premier system is advantageous

· Highly presentable

· Able to do spa treatments when required

· Able to work flexible working hours; shifts, week-ends, public holidays, extended hours to accommodate the changing needs of the business

Camps Bay, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
