We are looking for a passionate and innovative Breakfast Manager to join our team at The Lodge at Ashford Castle as part of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection.

Key Responsibilities of a Breakfast & Room Service Supervisor:
- Be present on the floor during breakfast and room service hours, ensuring seamless operations and providing guidance to your team.
- Manage and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a professional, caring, and positive work environment.
- Deliver personalised service to our guests, ensuring they feel valued, including addressing them by name and anticipating their needs.
- Be well-versed in our menus ensuring our guests enjoy the best of what we have to offer.
- Drive revenue through suggestive selling techniques, second servings, and ensuring every guest enjoys their dining experience.
- Ensure that every aspect of the service area is impeccably presented, and our service standards are always upheld.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel or luxury service environment is essential.
- Strong communication, organisational, and team leadership skills.
- An eye for perfection and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of service.
- Experience of staff training, rotas, financial reporting, stock control and ordering.
- A passion for creating memorable experiences and building strong guest relationships.
- Familiarity with menus and beverage offerings, including bar service.
- Ability to increase sales through suggestive selling and creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
