Employment Type: Casual

Working pattern: Mainly weekend up to 20 hours

Key Responsibilities as a Casual Store Person:

Stock taking, recording, and reporting of all food and drinks.
Order all items required for the hotel.
Ensure purchase orders are raised in accordance with hotel policy.
Ensure all deliveries are correctly received and stored securely.
Complete weekly cellar balance of cellar stock.
Maintain the stores in a clean and tidy manner at all times.

What are we looking for in the Casual Store Person?

Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or stockroom role, ideally within hospitality or catering
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Basic computer skills and familiarity with stock management systems
A responsible and proactive approach to work
Good communication and teamwork skills
