We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This wonderful hotel has been fully refurbished and features 161 individually designed bedrooms and suites, as well as a range of Food and Beverage outlets including The English Grill Restaurant, The Curry Room Restaurant, The New York Bar, The Palace Lounge and Champagne Bar, as well as 9 well equipped function rooms.

Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor:

• Checking and inspecting rooms.
• Assisting in the training of team members.
• Inputting and monitoring room status in the computer system throughout the shift.
• Preparing and allocating Room Attendants sections and porter duties.
• Assisting in the control and issuing of keys.
• Helping in the preparation of rotas to ensure there is adequate cover at all times.
• Directly supervising team members.

• Previous experience in housekeeping and team supervision.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Ability to train, motivate, and support team members.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and health & safety standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest requests professionally.
• Flexibility with shifts and working hours.
