We are looking for a talented and dynamic Bar Person to join the team at the Quay Bar. As a valued member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, creating memorable guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of beverage presentation and bar operations. With a warm and engaging personality, you will ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality while contributing to the vibrant atmosphere that makes the Quay Bar a favourite destination for our guests.

Key Responsibilities of a Bar Person:
- Crafting exceptional cocktails and drinks while maintaining high levels of service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring the bar area and surrounding tables are always set to the highest standards and remain clean and well-organized.
- Working across all areas of the bar, providing a smooth and efficient service throughout.
- Preparing cocktails, drinks, and food service with precision and attention to detail.
- Demonstrating a strong knowledge of the bar menu, providing expert recommendations, and tailoring drinks to guest preferences.
What are we looking for?
- Previous bar experience in a Bartender role, ideally within a hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for providing excellent service to guests.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
- A proactive and friendly attitude with a focus on delivering personalised guest experiences.
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
