We are seeking a motivated and organised Creative Coordinator / Assistant to join our Design & Projects Team at our London Head Office near Victoria. This full‑time role reports directly to the RCH Design Director and plays a vital part in supporting the smooth running of the creative studio. This is an ideal opportunity for someone in their creative career who is passionate about design and interiors, enjoys organisation and collaboration and is keen to gain exposure to luxury hospitality projects across a global portfolio.


Location: London Central Offices (near Victoria)

Employment type: Full‑time, permanent

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm

About the role:


Key responsibilities of a Creative Coordinator/ Assistant:

  • Working within the Design & Projects studio, you will support the Design Director, designers, project manager and freelancers across a broad range of creative and operational tasks, including:
  • Coordinating and managing the design studio and samples library.
  • Cataloguing furniture, artwork and object inventories across projects.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for suppliers, organising samples and hosting lunch‑and‑learn sessions.
  • Supporting CAPEX project payments in collaboration with the Development and Finance teams.
  • Assisting with deliveries, studio logistics and day‑to‑day organisation.
  • Providing ad‑hoc diary and travel support to the Design Director.
  • Assisting the creative team with photoshoots and styling as required.
  • Supporting procurement, payment processing and administration.
  • There is future potential for the right candidate to become involved in sourcing activities and smaller design projects across hotels globally, with occasional travel opportunities.


About you:

  • Minimum 1+ year’s experience in a creative studio environment.
  • Background or interest in interior design, architecture, furniture or other design field preferred (degree beneficial but not essential).
  • Experience in studio coordination, administration, procurement or finance is advantageous.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A friendly, proactive and hands‑on personality who isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
  • Ambitious, curious and eager to learn within a creative environment.
  • Someone who aspires to become a designer/stylist in the future or is seeking a creative role with a strong organisational focus.
