We are currently seeking a Club Attendant to join our team at The Lodge at Ashford Castle. This full-time role is ideal for a proactive and hands-on individual with strong attention to detail. This role will support the Leisure Centre Manager in delivering the highest standards of guest care, cleanliness and fitness offering to our members and guests.

Working pattern: 5 Days over 7 Days (including some weekends and Public Holidays)

This role will support the Leisure Centre Manager & team in delivering the highest standards of guest care, cleanliness and fitness offering to our members and guests.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
-Front of house; greeting members in a warm & welcoming manner.
-Reception duties & inductions with new members.
-General day to day hygiene duties & presentation of facilities
-Ensuring all policies and procedures in place are adhered to
-Maintaining high levels of customer care and handling complaints, as necessary
Qualifications:
- No previous water-based qualifications are required. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
- A strong swimming ability is essential.
- Proficient in computers and systems.
Previous Employment experience:
- 1 year plus in leisure & pool environment
