We are looking for a proactive and relationship‑driven Sales Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team and help drive revenue across rooms, meetings & events, and corporate accounts at The Montague on the Gardens Hotel. This is an exciting role for someone highly organised, confident with clients, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive
- Responding to client enquiries and providing detailed information on our rooms, meetings & events spaces, and services
- Conducting professional site tours for potential clients
- Supporting the team with proposals, contracts, BEOs, reports, and maintaining accurate data in Opera and Salesforce
- Identifying new sales opportunities through research, networking, and daily arrivals/reservations reviews
- Building strong relationships with bookers, agents, and corporate clients
- Assisting with booker events, FAM trips, trade shows, and local networking
- Participating in weekly sales and revenue meetings
What are we looking for?
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Highly proactive with great attention to detail
- Previous hotel sales or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
