We are currently recruiting a friendly & passionate Casual/Part time General Assistant to join our Acorn Inn team! This exciting role consists of flexible working across all departments as part of a dedicated team working shifts in the front of house, kitchen and housekeeping as required.

Location: The Acorn Inn

Employment type: Casual/Part-time

Working pattern: To be discussed at interview

What you'll be doing:

Taking food & drinks orders in the bar & restaurant
Preparing the restaurant before and after service
To be familiar with all menu items to confidently sell to our guests
Housekeeping and assisting the kitchen with duties such as vegetable prep and washing up as required

What are we looking for?

A friendly, conscientious, honest and team player who is willing to learn and adapt.
Ability to connect with guests and provide personalised service with a warm, professional attitude.
A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of service and presentation are consistently met.
Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
