We are currently seeking a dedicated Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role, outstanding communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering personalised service to our guests and contribute to the smooth operation of our conference and banqueting services.
Location: Cong, County Mayo, Ireland
Working pattern: 5 days over 7 days (including some weekends and Bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities of a Conference & Banqueting Supervisor:
- Provide prompt, professional, and personalised guest service at all times.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Conference & Banqueting menus, as well as the beverage offerings, including bar and wine lists.
- Be present on the floor during service periods to oversee operations and ensure service quality.
- Ensure all food and beverage products are served according to company standards and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Participate in training and development activities within the department, while actively promoting suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a Conference & Banqueting Supervisor role or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to the department's success.
- Knowledgeable about food and beverage service and strives for excellence in all aspects of guest interaction.
