The RCH Graduate Management Programme 1 is a 2-year programme open to ambitious graduates qualified at degree level with at least 4 years' work experience, looking to become our Junior Managers of the future. The “on the job” training is complemented with a series of training courses, which are tailored to you, to help you develop the managerial skills needed for a supervisory /managerial position.


The two-year MP 1 Programme offers the opportunity to work across our three distinguished properties in Southern Africa Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve and Wellness Retreat the 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa, and The Oyster box Hotel and Spa.


1. Programme focus areas: Rooms Division Training: Reception; Housekeeping; Guest Relations; Night Management; Concierge.

2. Programme focus areas: Food and Beverage training: Restaurant Service; Room Service; Bars; Conference and Banqueting; Kitchen

Min criteria:

  • 4-year University degree - Hospitality degree will be advantage
  • Flexible to relocate - and move between properties, after a specified period, within the two years
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Well-presented and pleasant disposition
