Restaurant Reservationist

Job Summary:

We are looking for someone who can assist the Food and Beverage team in making restaurant reservations to sell all Food and Beverage outlets. The person must have a basic knowledge of how restaurants operate and must have previous computer experience.

Minimum Requirements:

· Matriculation certificate (or the equivalent)

· Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management

· Must be computer literate in Microsoft word and excel

· Previous experience in restaurant reservations is required

Key Responsibilities:

· Making restaurant reservations through the use of professional telephone etiquette

· Building relationships with guests, departments and overall enhance the Oyster Box in all interactions

· Ensure all information is taken down correctly and communicated to relevant departments

· Liaison between guests and internal departments to ensure overall experience is spectacular

· Ensure highest level of efficiency, speed of delivery and accuracy in all interactions
