YES (Youth Employment Services) Programme for Graduates

Purpose:

The goal of the YES PROGRAMME is to give graduates an opportunity to receive world class, paid, work experience at The Oyster Box in order to secure permanent employment in the workplace.

The candidate must have fully completed their qualification and graduated in any of the following or related fields of study:

• Business or Administration
• Maintenance
• Information Technology
• Human Resources

• Must be currently unemployed
• Unemployed Graduates ONLY

Personal Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
