We are looking for a Commis Chef. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Executive and Head Chef. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a luxury hotel kitchen setting, while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities of a Commis Chef:
- Assisting in the preparation and production of menus
- Preparing all dishes to the required standard and specification
- Maintaining high health and safety standards
- Being responsible for securing the kitchen when on late duty
- Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
What are we looking for?
- Experience as a Commis Chef in a professional kitchen.
- A genuine passion for cooking and a keen interest in culinary development.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- A flexible, proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
- A desire to learn and progress within a luxury hospitality setting.
