Spa Attendant

The Spa as Ashford Castle is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to help deliver an exceptional Forbes Five-Star guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, changing rooms, relaxation areas, and thermal facilities.
• Ensure all guest amenities, towels, robes, and refreshments are fully stocked and impeccably presented.
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their spa journey with warmth and professionalism.
• Support the Therapy and Reception teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, grooming, and Forbes Five-Star service.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to work as part of a team in a luxury environment.
• Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or spa experience is desirable but not essential.
