We are seeking an experienced Host / Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, possess a warm and approachable personality, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. A committed team player who is personable with guests, this individual will play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Bar Manager.

Employment Type: Full time - Casual

Working Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off.

Some of its features include 107 bedrooms as well as seven different event spaces, a Butler’s Restaurant, a Terrace Bar, Stanley’s Rooftop Bar, and a Conservatory, where we offer our guests a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and exquisite food and drink.

Key Responsibilities of a Host / Hostess:

Greet guests with a friendly smile, providing accurate wait times and escorting them to the dining areas.
Answer telephone calls and email inquiries in accordance with company standards.
Promote and upsell all Food & Beverage outlets to guests.
Complete administrative tasks as needed.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury or fine dining environment.
Excellent communication skills, and a professional, approachable demeaner.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
A team player who can also work independently when needed.
