We are looking for an experienced, detail orientated Housekeeper to join our team! The role is centered on daily room changes, thorough cleaning and keeping guest spaces pristine and tidy. If you enjoy hands on, active work with regular and daytime hours this is the role for you.

Location: The Acorn Inn

Employment type: Part-time, permanent 32.5 hours per week

Working pattern: Wednesday - Sunday, day-time hours

What you'll be doing:

Complete thorough daily room turnovers and servicing across our 10 individually decorated bedrooms
Keep common areas, restrooms and dining spaces clean and tidy
Manage in house laundry, handle linen deliveries and monitor cleaning stock
Spot check rooms and report maintenance needs promptly

What we're looking for:

A natural eye for detail, cleanliness and room presentation
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desired but reliability and high personal standards are vital and full training is provided
Strong communication with our front of house team but comfortable with working autonomously.
