We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating unforgettable events and delivering exceptional service to both corporate and leisure clients. Key Responsibilities as a Meetings and Events Coordinator:

  • Ensuring the end-to-end support to clients from planning event to billing processes.
  • Responding to events and residential enquiries from enquiry stage to billing.
  • Creating proposals based on clients requirements and take necessary steps to convert the business.
  • Creating the function sheet and ensure that there is a correct and smooth handover to the operations team.
  • Ensuring the function sheets are distributed in a timely manner to the correct departments.
  • Administrative support for the event sales department, including but not limited to signage, function sheet changes report, weekly function sheet distribution, update and manage the CRM (Salesforce) and undertake other sales tasks and reports.


What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in sales, event coordination, or a similar role in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with an understanding of budget management and profitability.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
