We are seeking a talented Mixologist to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering personalised service, this is an incredible opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Mixologist in a hotel setting, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward training and development. This position reports to the Bar Manager.

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off

This wonderful hotel has been fully refurbished and features 161 individually designed bedrooms and suites, as well as a range of Food and Beverage outlets including The English Grill Restaurant, The Curry Room Restaurant, The New York Bar, The Palace Lounge and Champagne Bar, as well as 9 well equipped function rooms.


Key Responsibilities of a Mixologist:

  • Crafting exquisite cocktails and drinks while consistently delivering exceptional service to guests.
  • Ensuring the bar area and surrounding tables are impeccably set up and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Working across all areas of the bar, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Preparing a variety of drinks, cocktails, and food offerings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.
  • Demonstrating strong menu knowledge, offering expert advice and suggestions to guests.


What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Mixologist in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in every aspect of service.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • A passion for training, development, and staying updated on the latest trends in mixology.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional, personalised service to every guest.
